Good Value for the Price

659 South 9th is a small apartment complex just south of San Jose State University. The campus is a short 5 minute walk away. The area does feel fairly safe, and you are really close to the action of downtown San Jose. The apartments are small only coming in at about 350 square feet. I will say the bathroom is nicer than I would have expected for such a small apartment. The newer units are being remodeled with hard wood floors. They are also adding additional features such as garbage disposals ...

in the sicks. There is a one washer 2 dryer laundry facility on site. Every unit in the complex is provided with one parking space. Management is solid, and are quick to resolve issues when needed. Lastly the complex does come with complementary WIFI
