Average amenities and a disappointing end
December 6, 2022Unhappy after our year here. The renewal rate they offered us was significantly higher than the rate they ended up leasing it to new tenants the next month. They showed up for an inspection without any notice after we sent in our intent to vacate. I felt the move out charges were excessive, extra cleaning fees for the oven and tub.
