I needed to relocate for a new job and I've found the staff to be very helpful, warm, and caring which assures me that I made the right choice to move here after extensive research! The location is just amazing with 5 parks within 5 minutes, and another 3 within about 12-15 minutes depending on lights and traffic. A good selection of shopping venues are nearby (Richmond Highway has just about everything). Even the USPS lady is friendly and outgoing...she took a few minutes to explain a few ...

Since we've moved into this apartment last November, we have had three maintenance requests, some embarrassing (like having our shower clogged because I got too much long hair in the drain past the strainer) and some just normal, like lights, washer trouble, and a garbage disposal issue. After Winter Storm Jonas, nothing but pride and admiration for the entire Maintenance staff. They made sure the parking lot was plowed as best as possible, were always on hand to keep the area safe from hazards and are always spot on with all Maintenance requests. Maintenance and amenities for me are extremely important and in this apartment it meets and surpasses my standards. 5 star staff and response time is excellent. Great Apartments, staff are the friendliest people and maintenance is 5 stars! The apartments have a great modern look and are very spacious. Good neighborhood. Only negatives are VERY poor signal and bugs, no matter how hard you try will always be around, cockroach's are not a problem but ants, moths, and small spiders are. Highly recommend these apartments.
