Write a ReviewAlexandria, VA is vivacious and awesome! The City was awarded in 2016 as one of the top 100 Cities to live in and Top Ten Best Downtown's. Within the City is “Old Town” and offers the most historically kept part of the City. Everything you need is so close that it would be ideal to live in an apartment.
Why live in Alexandria, VA? Alexandria feels like living history but living for today. The amount of history is overwhelming and one never seems to learn everything, there is always something new. The pride that is taken in caring for and preserving so many historical landmarks is amazing. The ability to have such diverse options in activities is very important. One day could be a day spent in Old Town. The next day spent at the Potomac. The City is health focused and provides many parks, including dog parks and fitness centers. And the air is so clean!
