A face full of make up!
April 23, 2024This property seems like it would be a great place but it is just a face that is covered with make up because on the inside it is terrible. No communication from staff, management and personnel have changed 4 times since I have lived here in eight months. The gym is never cleaned and several pieces of equipment are broken. The pool has not been opened at all and even access to the area has been locked with chains for several months now. The grounds are not kept up with the dumpsters overflowing ...and often times trash left outside of it all the time. Several apartments have been destroyed from the outside. One with broken windows and a broken door which hasn't been fixed for months now so it is a terrible curb appeal. As far as the inside of the apartments itself, my dishwasher has never worked since I have been here. Multiple request to maintenance but no one comes. Then when maintenance does come they enter your apartment without notice and don't even fix the issues so who knows what they're doing inside. In addition, multiple bugs on the daily no matter how much bug spray I spray they just keep coming and I am a very very clean person. This is not a luxury apartment at all other than how it first looks. Everything else is rundown, unprofessional, and not kept to the level of luxury living as they display. Lack of communication with tenants
September 25, 2023The office personnel never calls you back when they say. You are not allowed to have plants by your door but you can throw boxes of dog crap out by your door and it can stay there for already over 2 weeks. Phones never get answered that is when they work. Big turnover in office plus a lot more . Rats not mice . Maintenance is very short handed so your maintenance problems have to wait. I waited for over a month for hot water. Had a bath tub leak for approx 3 months. Still waiting on my fob for my ...door been over 2 months. Waiting on facets to be replaced due to not put on right.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
