Unresponsive leasing office
January 7, 2022I currently reside in one of their apartments and it takes a few days and constant calling to get through to the leasing office. They tried to up the rent on the lease without us noticing. And they took about a week to fix our stove when we moved in though it smelled like leaking gas. Our downstairs neighbor constantly bangs on the floor even when we aren’t making any noise, and we have received no help.Review from Apartments.com
