About Acadia
Opened in Spring 2023, Acadia is a 120-unit apartment complex located along Bardon Avenue in Superior, Wisconsin. Named for a historic tie to the area, the name Acadia was selected in reference to the local quarry that supplied the foundation stone used in the construction of Fairlawn Mansion. The quarry was located near Amnicon Falls and owned by the Bardon family before the land became a part of Amnicon Falls State Park. The word Acadia means "Idyllic Place".
