1st. manager/labdlady always gone. if there are complaints she let other people take care of it instead of doing it herself. she is unfair, one sided and she only listens to whoever she wants to listen.
2nd. annoying neighbors. they huddle in one spot, probably gossip about other neighbors then look at you head to toe all at one time till you get to your car and leave.
3rd. nasty place. roaches all over the unit. outdated appliances with rusts. laundry is $1.50 per load in a small washer and ...
people leave their laundry in the dryer for several hours.
4th. cheap rent, so thats the only positive. goodluck

No good apartment bad management as far taking care of the place. The whole entire apartment is full of ROACH and all the appliances is too old.This apartment is so bad! Neighbors are noisy! I will not recommend this apartment to live.

The landlord/landlady are very nice. Neighbors are superb (only one out of ten are noisy). Location is awesome - near major freeways.
Some parts of the apartment needs improvements but otherwise fair for the rent.
