Maintenance requests ignored or deleted
August 11, 2022While the apartment units are large, so are the cockroaches. The current property management company does not respond to maintenance requests and will do everything they can to avoid fixing the apartments they bought. The apartment sizes are not worth the cigarette stains seeping from the walls, the mold in the vents, the cockroaches (American and German), and the poor management.Review from Apartments.com

They have never replaced anything in my apartment with a new part. Its put it back up or switch it out. March 10, 2021I have lived here for about 5 years and I love living here. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I have had great response to my issues and maintenance is polite and timely. Very friendly. Oh, it is gated and security is good. I feel safe here. Before COVID, there were so many activities, dances with live bands ,monthly birthday dinners(local restaurants provided the dinners) huge swimming pool and beautiful seating. Way more stuff!!
