Used to be nice but now nobody answers the phone or is in office , if theres an emergency good luck cause nobody answers the phone and nobody is there . If they come to fix anything they do not finish or come back or do anything they promise . The pool is green and nasty and has been like that now for years .

This place is really amazing if you guys are looking for a great Aprtment that has great space and affordable pricing I love this place come by take a look I told all my friends to live here because it’s awesome !!!
The property manager, Josie is really sweet and the maintenance staff is great! Everyone is super helpful and the environment is very good.

Very bad maintenance, DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE! Management is very shady, doesn't care if anything has messed up, or broken. They will not bother fixing anything, you have to call and complain every day, and if you don't your problem won't get fixed. DO NOT waste money, or time renting here. Very unprofessional!!!

The best apartments for the money in Harlingen. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick. I feel great having my grandmother living here! The manager Claire is very attentive to whats going on there and very helpful.

My grandmother is still fighting to get her $500 security deposit back after completing a 12-month lease and being widowed. Lie after lie after lie after lie from this manager and her staff about where the money is.
We are filing a formal complain against this company. DO NOT RENT HERE.
