My apartment flooded multiple times, ruining my belongings and none of the flooding was my fault. I was told I would be given a new apartment months ago and it never happened. My apartment has appliances that are older than me and never got replaced or fixed. Finally I reached the end of my lease and I was overcharged by at least $100 and now I am being told it will take a ...month to get it back. This is a mess of a place to live.
