i love this place. from the maintenance, to the staff, to the friendly neighbors. i've had no issues at all with getting my air conditioning fixed or tips on replacing vent filters and even reconnecting a light switch. this is the place for you!

I've been on this property for a long time. I've been in and out of the office trying to get a situation regarding charges to my account rectified since April. Since the new manager has arrived, I was able to get it done within 24 hours. I've seen managers come and go here fairly fast hopefully the new manager that is here Keisha can stay and continue to make a difference!!

I have lived here for over 4 years because it was all I could afford and it was close to work but it was TERRIBLE decision. My apartment flooded multiple times, ruining my belongings and none of the flooding was my fault. I was told I would be given a new apartment months ago and it never happened. My apartment has appliances that are older than me and never got replaced or fixed. Finally I reached the end of my lease and I was overcharged by at least $100 and now I am being told it will take a ...

month to get it back. This is a mess of a place to live. I do not recommend it.
