Recent Management Is THE WORST (would put zero stars if I could)

Agave used to be a great place to live with the old management last month!
Usually when each management steps in they try to enforce new laws and regulations.
Recently, the management at these apartments are horrendous. I have never written a review before but I thought people should be warned before choosing this as a place to live.
They have been racially profiling tenants and choosing which tenants get better amenities than others.
The management is rude, I have never had one polite ...
interaction with them and they don't treat everyone fairly. I recently had someone try to break into my car while I was away for a weekend. I do not feel safe there anymore. I have tried to talk to the new management about certain issues I have come across and they are awful and not willing to listen or help.
They want you to just live there and keep raising rent (when its lower income) and expect you to not complain and act as though reasonable inquires and requests are complete outlandish when it is quite clearly under their control!
Neighbors are rude and receive better treatment because they are friends with the management.
Warning to people trying to live here: don't.
