I have been here 12 years and it has been a great living experience. I have never had to wait for any maintenance issues to be addressed and the new management, Shimshei has been sincere attentive and very professional

This is my first apartment and I am having an amazing experience. Shimshee the property manager was informative and helpful throughout the entire leasing process and continues to be very pleasant to deal with. My apartment is modern, spacious and quiet. Maintenance responds very quickly. The location is close to everything. I’ve been here almost 8 months and am really enjoying my home!!! So far so good!

Please don’t move here. They were nice at first, but they are not responsive and don’t consider anything an emergency maintenance issue. Plus having issues with neighbors that they said they would address but have not addressed.
