You get what you pay for and while AGT is cheaper than most of the surrounding properties it isn’t worth it. Management isn’t onsite outside of 9-5 Monday through Friday. Weekends you get AI. The after hours security service doesn’t show up. Parking is assigned but people often park in your spot. It’s loud between apartments (better between floors). The amenities aren’t much…overall it’s more like a mid-priced hotel. You’ll hear the right things, but the results don’t match up—the local people ...
are fine, but it’s a corporate run place and ultimately that’s what you can expect.
