The community is two buildings separated by a private courtyard located one block from Greenlake, the most popular park in Washington State. It features spacious studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms. The Aladdin is located within close walking distance of grocery stores, drug stores, many restaurants, fitness clubs, yoga studios and coffee shops. Boat rentals, and paddle boat rental, a jogging trail, baseketball courts, tennis courts, and baseball fields at the Greenlake park, right across the street! The Greenlake area is centrally located, allowing easy access to South Lake Union, downtown and nearby neighborhoods such as Fremont, Wallingford and Ravenna with easy bus access to downtown. The available studio apartment is a third floor unit with lots of natural lighting and a balcony. $49 application fee per person holding deposit is 25% of monthly rent (pays towards your security deposit) $1295 security deposit $1295/mo Rent $ metered utility fee for water, sewer, garbage Up to two cats are welcome with an additional fully refundable $200 pet deposit Sorry, no dogs Laundry is located on site with pay by app. Ask for an application! Terrible
January 18, 2021We had so many problems living here. The location is decent but it is not worth the liability of living here. Sewage from our upstairs neighbor was leaking into our bathroom (and on us) for months without getting fixed. Homeless people were getting into the complex to do laundry at night. Doors were broken and never fixed. On-property theft. The list can go on. It was an absolute nightmare to leave as well. Make sure you do research on the property management companies before signing anything - ...some are certainly less of a liability to sign a contract with than others.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
