Would have stayed.. I asked maintenance to fix the smell of sewage coming from the overhead bathroom access panels. Every time the A/C or heat came on it would blow the smell into the apartment. They inspected the issue and determined there was nothing, despite it still smelling. Nothing was done to resolve the issue. I found a new apartment less than a quarter mile away, but would have preferred to stay. I hope the next tenant in that unit is treated better and the issue is resolved for them.

Beautiful Complex with Great Amenities Alana offers a great location with a beautiful pool, clubhouse, and workout facility. I also really love the elevator access to the upper floors. Everything feels very secure and I haven't yet run into anyone that wasn't friendly and courteous both on staff and all the residents.

Amazing apartments! I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and absolutely LOVE it! It’s so well taken care of, with a clean and friendly community. Fast Response I went into the office on a Friday morning and asked them if there was any way they could fix our garage door before the end of the day, as the door would not close and we didn’t want to leave it open all weekend. Next thing we know, it was fixed! Great response!

Good Service The process of renting here was very easy. Sky was wonderful during the entire thing, and very helpful when we asked to see the exact unit we would be staying in before signing. They are very transparent with pricing. Our only issue was that the cleaning service before moving in was not the best. Lots of stains and prints on the glass, and the shower was not cleaned at all. Maintenance also left their tools/supplies/mess/and half finished job in our apartment on move in day. Never ...
