July 17, 2024We have to pay for pest control every single month in our bill However the roach problem they have is an infestation. We pulled the fridge out and had to clean as we could see roaches coming out from the fridge, there in the stove, and my nice samsung washer/dryer set I paid for now has roaches inside of it!!!!!!!!! So livid because they will do nothing we have to pay for it via rent and our stuff we keep inside the unit is now infested I'm assumingReview from Apartments.com

December 22, 2017I am looking for a new place to call home, the ladies in the office were very energetic, fun and was greeted by the manager when I first walked into the office She was very outgoing and informational of the property. I was shown a 1 bedroom apartment by a very nice and engaging lady named Lilly. I so enjoyed my visit to Alcove more than the other properties that I visited that day. Dealing with tough situations
August 27, 2017We have been living here for almost 2 years. With these being older apartments and the walls and floors being thin, there have been some major discomfort due to inconsiderate nose from neighbors. But eliminating that whenever there has been moments that have occurred, someone from the office is always right there to assist. In addition to that Stephanie has been a phenomenal assistant since the new management. There was a moment that I was in need of assistance on opening my door during an urgent ...time of need and she helped without any hesitation. YOU ROCK Stephanie! I would also like to give two thumbs up to Cee Cee, the management and maintenance during times of difficult challenging, or stressful situations for their amazing support to me and my family as tenants here at Alcove Apartment Homes. Amazing apartments, great location.
September 5, 2015I live in a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and I love the layout because both rooms are separated by the living room so there is more privacy. The apartment also includes a small room with washer and dryer hookup which provides additional storage space. The complex has a pool with a gorgeous stone waterfall and lounge chairs, and it has a gym that overlooks the pool. The managers do their best to foster a community atmosphere by hosting events such as pool and holiday parties, this ...gives residents a chance to meet one another. Also, the times I have requested maintenance all issues were resolved within 48 business hours. July 21, 2015Situated on the North East side of Arlington, just a block from River Legacy Park and the River Legacy Living Science Center, this complex offers something for everyone. A pool that has areas in the shade (in Texas-what an idea!), a great clubhouse with complimentary Keurig coffee, a gym room, bbq areas and lots of trees. There are kids but they are well behaved and not noisy (who knew?!?). The staff responds to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. Just a few miles from I30, ATT ...Stadium (really? c'mon!
