the only thing I would say is the trash room’s door. When it closed it’s too loud. Everything else are perfect. I love the gym and especially the soda machine in the chilling area. Still don’t have a chance to try the barbecue area because of the storm, but it looks awesome

The move-in process did not start off smoothly due to a lack of clear guidance and communication. I asked multiple times where to park for move-in but was given verbal explanations instead of being shown exactly where to go. Once I arrived at the dock, no one was there to assist me, and there was no clear signage directing me to the lobby. I assumed taking the elevator would lead me there. When I called for help, the interaction felt aggressive rather than supportive, which added to the ...

confusion. I was excited but also anxious about moving in, and this experience changed that feeling initially. That said, now that I am fully moved in, things have improved. The concierge and staff have been very helpful and kind. With better communication and clearer signage, the move-in experience could be much smoother.

Overall, the residency experience has been satisfactory. However, since the new management team (a new crew, not a new company) took over, there have been some noticeable changes. It’s possible they’re still adjusting to existing policies. For instance, the community activities calendar, which used to be posted monthly has not been shared. Also, the office has become less responsive to inquiries, as you have to visit in person to get a response.

As a newly built apartment last year, Alder undoubtedly has the latest and most well-designed facilities. I like the design of the courtyard on the third floor, which is both cozy and full of youthful vibe. The staff in the office are all very friendly and greet me with a smile every time we meet. The modern facilities, including the mobile app to control the apartment's door switch and the room air conditioner, are all very convenient. floor slabs, I am very satisfied with the Alder. I also hope that the neighbors can understand each other amicably, as the noises in daily life cannot be completely isolated. I am willing to renew the lease later lso that I can continue to live here.

The Bozzuto management team is another strong point. Public reviews praise their responsiveness, and my own experience matches the chatter: work orders are always closed within 24 hours, and the staff members greet residents by name. Inside the apartment, floor-to-ceiling windows, whisper-quiet HVAC, Latch keyless entry, and an in-unit washer/dryer give the space a truly new-construction feel. Shared spaces are equally polished: there is a coworking library, game lounge, landscaped courtyard with fire-pits and grills, EV-ready garage spots, and a fitness studio stocked with Peloton bikes and a smart workout mirror. Trade-offs do exist. The gym footprint is modest; it still has only one weight bench, although management says a second was ordered months ago. Rents sit firmly at the top of the neighborhood range unless you snag a promotion, so be prepared to pay for the modern and convenience. The garage entrance is shared with Stop & Shop shoppers, and the windshield-tag sensor can be tricky sometimes, a minor frustration when you are running late. Bottom line: if you value having a grocery store downstairs, a commuter-rail stop steps away, and a management team that actually follows through, Alder at Allston Yards is an easy property to love.

Near to train station and bus but zero noises. Downstair is the Stop&Shop, I can't tell you how convenient it is unless you live here, especially when it rains. Great gym and relax place.
