        CAUTION: you cannot have mail delivered to this property! I have lived here since July and have to get my mail from the post office months after moving in. They will NOT disclose this until you sign a lease! Be aware!! Mark my words, management will reply to this and blame USPS. They’re responsive but quick to pass off any sort of accountability. Additionally, be advised that you will be paying an additional $150 for parking only IF management determines you are eligible for that luxury. ...
        Otherwise, you’re stuck with street parking. Property itself is nice and the amenities are great, though the pool has been closed longer than it has been open. If you don’t mind not receiving mail, parking on the street in Aurora, and paying for a pool that they don’t know how to maintain, then this is the spot!

      • Hasn't been worth the price tag.

        Currently living at these apartments. Units are nice, though the construction quality is sketchy at times. The amenities are nice when they're open, though the pool is closed more often than it's open. And there's often large groups of people being loud late at night. Including weeknights. The mailroom is unreliable, packages go missing. The parking is also expensive and they don't allow you to remove it from your lease once you've added it. If this place was cheaper? It'd be great. But ...
        for the listed prices, I had expected better. I don't recommend, unless money is no issue at all. Then it's decent.

        The staff is so professional and accommodating. They made my experience in finding the best apartment for me.
