August 15, 2025Overall very responsive management, good location, but there are a few things that could be better. Need a privacy curtain for the shower in the restroom at the pool. Trash dumpster capacity need to be expanded, when full, trash are left outside which create smell and bugs. Despite pest control, there are still roaches present.Review from Apartments.com

August 10, 2025The location is quiet and nice, even when it's right by the road. The apartments are spacious. The staff is great and professional. I just wish that leashing and picking after pets are more enforced. Some owners don't care and just let their dogs do their business anywhere and leave it there for other owners and residents to almost step on.Property Manager Responded

June 6, 2025Apartment is conveniently located which is accessible to bus stops , shops ,schools and metro.It will be better if parking is allocated in front of each blocks. There are mouse issues in the apartment with gives trouble.This is another concern that had to be changed .Swimming pool is large enough for kids and adults to enjoy summer.Property Manager Responded

May 23, 2025It feels like family here at Alister. We have a beautiful neighborhood community, kids playing at the pool and backyard.
