    I’ve had a really positive experience living in this apartment building overall. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes day-to-day life very convenient. The building itself is well maintained, clean, and feels safe, and the common areas are usually in great shape. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with good natural light and solid soundproofing. Management is generally friendly and professional, and ...
    communication is clear for the most part. The only area that could use some improvement is maintenance. While issues do get resolved, response times can sometimes be slower than expected, and follow-ups may be needed for non-urgent requests. That said, the staff is polite and the work is eventually completed. Overall, this is a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well located apartment community.

    Apartment has good floor plan. It will be better to have more unreserved parking.Sometimes there is mice issue. Other than that there are more shops near the apartment.The assigned school for Alister is also good.

    community is in great location, schools are good. Bus stop is walkable and train stations are closeby. Nearby complexes have good eateries, trader joes, starbuck, ledos, etc.

    Lovely community which is calm and good nrighbors. Accessiilty is good as there are nearby bus stops. Few stores located at walkable distance is also a good thing!

    Overall very responsive management, good location, but there are a few things that could be better. Need a privacy curtain for the shower in the restroom at the pool. Trash dumpster capacity need to be expanded, when full, trash are left outside which create smell and bugs. Despite pest control, there are still roaches present.

    The location is quiet and nice, even when it's right by the road. The apartments are spacious. The staff is great and professional. I just wish that leashing and picking after pets are more enforced. Some owners don't care and just let their dogs do their business anywhere and leave it there for other owners and residents to almost step on.
