The maintenance staff do their best to keep the place going but the management clearly has no responsibility to this place. The building is super clean and building staff is very friendly. Honestly, this was one of the smoothest moves for me. June (over at the leasing dept) was extremely helpful in helping me land the right apartment at Allen Gardens and is always available to answer any questions I may have.
