We came in from out of state and before deciding to live here, we did look at many other properties but there was no better fit than Alma. The office and staff members are very attentive to the needs of the community. They have a beautiful community with various amenities and activities that make this a great place to live. Great Community With An Amazing Staff
February 27, 2025I recently moved back to Nevada and thought to rent a house. The process was frustrating and terribly slow with little to no response to tour requests. Having passed by these apartments several times I decided to drop in one day and glad I did. It is a beautiful community with great amenities that exceed most complexes. They provide social opportunities like weekly "wine downs" in their beautiful club house, weekly food truck, and other planned activities like candle making and ...yoga. Turn-around time from application to moving in was quick. Shay is an exceptional representative for the property. She is always courteous and professional, and I appreciate her consistently checking in and making sure everything is going well. It is a convenient location with shopping, care/ financial services, and restaurants nearby. I can get a lot done in a short amount of time due to this convenience. I feel relaxed and settled in now.
