This was our worst experience of living in the apartment. No, in general, everything was not bad: of course the apartments were old and we knew what we were get for at that price (the cheapest price 2 years ago in this area), and the management always carried out requests on any issues. But when the time came to move out, here already the apartments decided to make repairs at our expense! Be careful when settling in Almaden, I recommend making a photo of all the holes, scratches, cracks, spots, ...
etc., in the future it can be very useful. And also carefully place the signatures on the move-in/move-out itiemized statement (although in our case, even when we signed just cleaning, the final inspection somehow decided to make a replacement for the carpet at our expense, painting all the walls, etc.). By the way, the service responsible for complaints about these facts will not answer any of your questions clearly: including WHERE in the contract is the responsibility of the tenant for Ordinary Wear and Tear. So be prepared for the fact that your deposit will not be returned to you, and an additional bill will be charged for repairs!
