Beautiful Place

Great place to live in a convenient location, some issues though
February 12, 2025Aloma is a brand-new apartment complex with some luxury amenities within. Some of the nice features are the extra large sauna, club-quality gym, and built-in movie theater. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While it is expensive, it is pretty much on par with other "luxury" apartment complexes in the area. A few things to be aware of are moving in can be a pain as they didn't put much forethought into a good way to move your things into and out of the building, there is a handicapped ramp ...or stairs that you use, and depending on the size truck you have, there may also be some walking involved to get to those areas. Also, they have a water softener system that serves the entire building which cannot be adjusted to your preference, so know that may be something to get used to as well. Otherwise, it is a nice building conveniently located near a few different shopping areas, the freeways, and a nice neighborhood to walk in.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful apartment, great location, amazing staff
February 12, 2025I moved into Aloma in the first part of January and have loved it since the day I first toured. The building is absolutely beautiful, and they do an amazing job maintaining its cleanliness. Not only does it constantly look clean, it always smells AMAZING! One of my favorite parts about our community is how friendly and respectful everyone is, including the staff. The apartment hosts a lot of events to engage residents & my apartment unit is one of the closest units to the common areas, yet I ...never heard commotion when people are out there hanging out. The amenities are all around phenomenal. I would highly recommend Aloma to anyone looking for a place to call home with absolutely beautiful units & common areas in the conveniently located Shoreview area! When I first moved in, my washing machine wasn’t draining & the clothes were coming out soaked. When I called maintenance, they responded very promptly and told me the part that was broken would take about a week to come in. Rather than making me wait, they replaced my machine with a brand new machine the same day! I cannot speak highly emotionally of the staff & the maintenance team (which is typically one of the highest complaints people have about apartment buildings). Excellent apartment
February 7, 2025I moved into my apartment in December and I have enjoyed every aspect of living here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The amenities are high quality providing a resort like feel. The building is clean and comfortable. The location is great with either city being a 15 minute drive. Great proximity to 694 and stores and restaurants.Property Manager Responded
