Best Apartment Ever!
February 20, 2026This apartment is by far the best place I have ever rented! I love how spacious the units are, and the large windows really open up our 1 bedroom apartment. I love out balcony in the summer as well :) My husband and I have enjoyed using the amenities in the apartment like the gym, underground heated parking, and the dog grooming station! The pool is also lovely in the summer. The location is convenient to access Minneapolis and St Paul. Highly recommend!
February 19, 2026Ive been living here for a year now and I have zero complaints. The area is great and safe. Close to some great stores and restaurants, and there are lots of paths to walk or run on. The amenities are great! The common areas are kept clean. The staff are great, friendly, and any requests are completed timely. Its a great place to live. Honest 4-Star Experience
February 19, 2026I’ve been living here for a bit and overall, it’s a 4/5 experience. There are a lot of great perks, but a few small areas that could use some modernization to really hit that 5-star mark. The Highlights: - Amenities: The gym is well-maintained, and I love the "Little Free Library" touch. Having a snack room on-site is super convenient. - Parking: The guest parking across the street is a huge plus—it’s much easier for visitors here than at other buildings in the area. - Vibe: Generally a nice ...place to live with good common spaces. Areas for Improvement: - Tech & Maintenance: The thermostats feel a bit dated compared to the smart tech in many modern builds (I had a Nest thermostat in my previous place, and that was installed almost 8 years ago). The lobby coffee machine has also been out of commission for several weeks over the last few months, which is a bummer for the morning routine. - The Theater & Shades: The theater room is great, but it really needs a shade on the door which lets in a lot of light during the day. Similarly, the apartment window shades let in a lot of light at night—blackout options would be a massive upgrade. - Snack Room Tech: The checkout scanner often struggles or glitches when trying to scan more than one item at a time. Overall, it’s a great place to call home, and with a few small "quality of life" updates, it would be perfect.Property Manager Responded
