The common areas are always clean. A huge plus is the presence of after hours security guards who roam the halls. From the amenities to the easy moving in process, the experience here has been great. Stephanie helped us from the beginning, helping us pick the best apartment for us and our growing family to making sure we had a time picked out to ...pick up our keys before her days off. But our tour of Alta changed our perspective and so happy and grateful we live here now. One of the biggest requirements was to go for walks and to stroll along the beach every day is a dream. Amazing Staff and Property
September 27, 2024The staff at Alta Oceanside has been amazing from day 1. We were needing a place quickly because our old apartment had major repairs that needed to be done. We toured the complex on Friday and were sleeping in our new, beautiful apartment by Tuesday. The staff, Lance, Stephanie, Deb, and Raymond have all been amazing at their communication and accommodations.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2024Alta Oceanside has been a breath of fresh air for us. We were stuck in a bind when our old apartment needed to do repairs for multiple weeks.
