Great location with caring and professional and staff near the beach, bike trails and downtown Oceanside. Nice pool and inside facilities for exercise, social meetings and yoga. Competitive rents with others in area. Pervasive use of technology. Pet friendly with tenants who seem to prefer a quieter, safer place to call home.

Michelle was amazing throughout our move in process! She helped us find the perfect apartment, answered all of our questions and was very accommodating! We’ve been here for 3 weeks and we love it! Large floor plans (albeit inefficiently designed with much wasted space) but in a building that will rapidly deteriorate. If you wish to live at a location close to Camp Pendleton then this complex might be right for you...if you live here for just a few years. Built with utmost economy, one can see the cost cutting at every turn: no overhead lighting (or wiring to place your own) where not demanded by code, uneven flooring, poorly applied paint, sloppily done trim work. The community amenities ...
are nice, but this place seems to be a building that will deteriorate rapidly. Hopefully, the cashflow from the nonbudget rent will afford the owners room to make continual capital expenditures.
