This is a beautiful and well-maintained building in a cute but quiet neighborhood with plenty of green space, restaurants, and amenities nearby. I especially enjoy the rooftop view of downtown and the high-end appliances and finishes.

Best community events held

I think almost every month the building tries to host a community event and it’s a hit every time. The amount of effort and logistics that go into it are really shown! I love the opportunity to connect with other residents and it’s also just great food/drinks every time.

It's a blessing to live here. I can't help but be effusive. The standards here are at such a high level. I feel focused and determined in my work. I'm a visualizer (video and photo editor). This means my days begin and end at Alta. I travel a lot to Los Angeles for work (and to see family) Each time I return and enter the building and my apartment, I exhale into a space that brings calming charm. To wake up, and go to sleep, in a space that Makes you simply feel Good, IS the game ...

Waking into the elegant, minimalist lobby to Alta Potrero, I immediately knew I wanted to live here. How to contain my enthusiasm was my only challenge. Sherita kindly welcomed me, and gave me a thorough tour of the building’s excellent features, showing me a few different apartments to think about, and imagine living in… From the front entrance to the highly secured parking garage, up the elevator into your future apartment, it is quiet and clean throughout. The Latch system goes perfectly ...
with the elemental vibe. Alta Potrero is, as its name suggests, high-level living while being very grounding. Alta Potrero’s property directors run a mightily detailed and disciplined vetting process. While I had to jump through a lot of hoops, I noted, all along, the professional way the entire personnel conducts itself. They protect and preserve the high quality which Alta Potrero represents: a premium, peaceful atmosphere. All that a tenant wishes for…and receives. Now that I made it into my new, clean, beautiful apartment, I feel I’m in their - and the building’s - good graces. The team is nothing short of premium. They are kind, helpful, inviting pros: from Devin and Sherita to Adetoun, Miguel and Rico, all departments are covered. We are all well taken care of-- Alta Potrero’s quality of life is peerless. And I am ever grateful!
