I moved out 2 months ago and no deposit
May 29, 2024I call and call and call and they don’t give me my deposit. They always tell me call back tomorrow. We’re waiting on corporate. It takes three weeks but it’s been two months. Don’t ever move there. It’s infested with roaches rats. The shooting active drug deals.Review from Apartments.com
this place sucks
June 18, 2023This is the WORST!!! place to live nun of the apartments look like any of the pictures. The place is dirty they have roaches, rats, and fruit flies. They don't fix anything i had a work orders in for 10 months and they never came to fix anything. I had mold on my roof and under my sink in the kitchen. The bathroom was falling apart tiles falling off the walls, my door wouldn't stay shut unless i locked it, closet rack and doors were falling off, leaks all over the house, half of my floor tiles ...were cracked, outlets that didn't work. Stay Far Away!!!!!!!!!
April 1, 2023If I could I would give it 0 stars the apartments are not worth the money. Yes your utilities are included but that doesn’t mean much when they frequently shut off the water with no notice until hours later and most if not all your appliances barely work several tenants have complained about their stoves not working there are two maybe three laundry rooms parking is horrible I experienced electrical problems with my apartment and they didn’t fix the problem until after two hurricanes hit. The ...“Landlord “ is completely unprofessional and so are the maintenance staff “workers” I live in a first floor unit and have had my ceiling leak multiple times with the worst case leaving a hole in my kitchen ceiling that hasn’t been repaired and it happened in the summer of last year my refrigerator broke and I lost over $200 worth of food and had to purchase a new one out my own pocket all the apartments have serious bug problem’s “roaches” and they do nothing to help the police are here often for people arguing and fighting and domestic disputes and what not they claim to have two bedroom apartments but they’re really one bedroom apartments trust me DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!!!!! DO NOT RENT
August 9, 2021The management “team” is horrible. Sheryl Will NOT return your calls, I have been calling this property for almost a month and a half and all she says is you’ll move in next week, and every week it changes to the week after that. I’m actually looking for the corporate number because this is ridiculous! Do yourself a favor: If you can find another apartment do so! Because this is a VERY unprofessional establishment!Property Manager Responded
August 16, 2021Good Morning, and I apologize for you feeling that way, however in this business, unfortunately, everything doesn't always follow through in a timely manner due to various reasons, and trust me it frustrates me just as much, and that's when I do everything to maneuver and not allow my potential Resident to worry, and sometimes it doesn't work, and I have to change the date, but that is something I try to avoid to ensure that you move in on the date you choose. I try to accommodate each person who calls and comes into this office. If there is anyway that we can rectify this, I would like to be given that opportunity to do so. No excuses ever, but I do receive a lot of calls and emails, and I try to reach out to everyone, and to know that I lost one person, only makes me work harder to not have anyone to feel like they don't matter, or that I am not concerned about their apartment needs. This a hard review, but I will use it as tool to ensure that it doesn't ever happens again.
