March 19, 2026Still happy after all these years! I am very happy living here. My apartment is perfect for my needs, and my balcony is one of my favorite places to relax due to the scenery. The office staff is helpful and efficient, and maintenance is great. Recently, we got an email to all residents letting us know that there are some maintenance issues that require us to contact maintenance immediately. It made me think of all the terrible reviews I have seen online of other properties where things are left ...in disrepair.
