I absolutely love living at Altitude! It's like a dream come true. The safety of the neighborhood and community are of utmost importance to me and this place delivers! I feel completely secure and safe here. And the neighborhood is incredible. Downtown Golden just a few blocks away, so many restaurants and shops, etc. It's just a wonderful community and I absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful, fun, and safe place to live.

I'm so happy to live at Altitude. Management team are very friendly and very professional. Maintenance Team is top notch! Feels so good to call this my home so close to the mountains with hiking trails around the corner and walking distance to Golden. Lots of privacy and very quiet. Thank you Altitude!

We have been residents here for over 2 years, and we are extremely pleased with our experience at Altitude. The property is well maintained, any issues are fixed promptly, the general communications to residents are prompt and clear, and the local property management is top-notch. In particular, Lynne is an extremely professional and reasonable property manager. I've seen various apartment property management approaches, and at Altitude they do it right.

Lynn and Chase are the best front office team. They respond to all requests and make sure my concerns are met with maximum effort at all times! Furthermore, the entire maintenance team, led by Eddie, is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to all maintenance concerns. I highly recommend Altitude to all prospective renters!
