Although there is plenty to do and see within Golden, it surprisingly only has a population of around 20,000. Accordingly, you will experience a close-knit community with a thriving culture and rich history. Moreover, Golden is well-known for being an exceptional suburb for young professionals as there are plenty of job opportunities here and in Denver. That said, it is also ranked as a wonderful place for families thanks to the schools, parks, and overall safety.
If you prefer a suburban area, with all the comforts of a small town, Golden is an ideal place for you. It offers all the opportunities of a large city yet offers more safety and security than a major urban area. Additionally, given its proximity to Denver, you will never be far away from the excitement.
