Dog friendly with great dog amenities like dog bag/garbage stations, small fenced in dog park, and even a grooming area in the garage with a grooming tub, grooming table and a pet blow dryer. Friendly staff that’s there to help. In the winter sidewalks are cleared and treated very quickly, which is important with a dog. Easy online system for payments, issues, lease details and more. I made it clear I was unhappy with the condition of this 'luxury' apartment and still feel like I'm living in the last tenants dirty apartment. Although some requests were responded to quickly, several cabinets were supposed to be replaced that haven't been after 7 months, and stains remain on the blinds.
