I feel at peace, the place is always clean and the management is top notch. I love the events they do-as they’re intentional and not forced. The decor and ambience is always beautiful. Dog friendly with great dog amenities like dog bag/garbage stations, small fenced in dog park, and even a grooming area in the garage with a grooming tub, grooming table and a pet blow dryer. Friendly staff that’s there to help. In the winter sidewalks are cleared and treated very quickly, which is important with a dog. Easy online system for payments, issues, lease details and more. Restricted access building with a fancy system for buzzing people in that ...shows you who they are, never worried about safety here. February 4, 2022The apartment was dirty when we moved in. I had to scrape gum off of the floor and pull hair and garbage out of every drain. I made it clear I was unhappy with the condition of this 'luxury' apartment and still feel like I'm living in the last tenants dirty apartment. Although some requests were responded to quickly, several cabinets were supposed to be replaced that haven't been after 7 months, and stains remain on the blinds. January 17, 2022I have loved my 1BR apartment for over two years and now I am moving to a 2BR. I am excited to get a separate BR since I work at home and the extra room will be nice. I love the amenities with gas stove and large ice maker refrigerator. The management and maintenance people go above and beyond in their building duties. I love the layout of my floorplan and the appliance are way above most other apartments of this size especially the gas stove, large double door refrigerator and walk in shower.
