Painted Pig
May 21, 2024Definition of a painted pig. Looks really pretty but in a high crime area that continues into the garage and lobby. Also, very noisy with lots of college age kids with fire alarms going off frequently and unreliable internet. I loved my apartment but the building was not safe. The package room was broken into numerous times physically as well as quietly as there were thieves who would dress up and gain access to the package room via rouse of losing their key fob. The garage was also dangerous ...and expensive. It was $100 extra per mo to rent a parking spot and was notorious for having tenant cars broken into. Even with the old company having a security guard my car was broken into twice in less than a year. My neighbors car had their window smashed. 9/10 random tenants I struck up a conversation with in the building who rented a spot had their car broken into. The building management did nothing to increase security or help tenants besides giving security footage to the police. Lastly, very noisy and unsavory living environment. The hallways would have the scent of weed and the elevators would periodically have vomit in them from weekend partiers. On a monthly basis, the fire alarms would go off randomly and the internet would be down. Worst of all was you could not get separate internet therefore you were inconvenienced frequently.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2023absolutely love the management here but there has been a lot of car break ins in the past two months or so. my car was broken into twice and my relatives car was stolen out of the back alley, but that comes with living in Westport. the apartment itself is great!Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2023Westley on Broadway is a lovely place to live. The staff and other residents make you feel right at home. Everyone is so friendly, a perfect place especially if you’re moving from out of town. There are tons of community events to connect residents and overall such a welcoming community. October 10, 2023Just moved in recently. It’s a beautiful building in a cool area close to everything. The apartments are gorgeous! The walls are nice and thick so I can’t hear my neighbors at all. It can be a little noisy from the street but I really don’t mind. It’s nice background noise. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.Property Manager Responded
