March 9, 2025Apartments do not have Air conditioning and since window units were asked to be removed the apartments are starting to become hot again during the day. Ants are becoming a problem as well.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024Good maintenance request experiences but apartments are very basic they don't really have any amenities such as pool,gym,playground etc...there is also no A/C in the units.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2015My name is nicole delobel I live in beaverton org my apartments are the sunset ridge apartaments these apartaments have gone through a lot of manegement they are big apartements they have a lot of mold lots they fall apart they are expensive for what they look like inside they painted the outside off the place but steal they need whole lot done to them they steal dont have manegement here they have a lot of problems with the naibors who live with every manegement that make rueles the nabiors all ...get toghether and make sure that they get the new manegers out of here if they dont like the rules its not a very good complex to live in children run all over the place with no supervision at all cars go through all the time fast and dont even care if there are children around the manegers they had befor the male maneger tried raping one of the girls who lives here in the complex he got arested and is in prision its kind of scary because befor he would go in to every bodys apartaments for maitienance we all didnt relize what kind of person he was they dont clean up around the apartaments sometimes people leave matresses as nd tvs and furniture out side the garbages they smell horable durining the summer the children dont respect people around here I dont think I ever in my life have listen to a bunch of little children use the languge that they do some apartaments have more than six peo Pleople living in one apartament this is the worst apartament that I have ever lived in people steal clothes from the laundry room the manegement take forvever to do any maitienance in the apartaments I have asma realy bad and I have to live in mold and I am pregnant is not good for me to live here but I have realy bad credit so its realy hard for me to find another place to liveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
