Unlivable Conditions & Unresponsive Management

I’ve lived here for years, but what I’ve recently endured has been completely unacceptable. Since mid-June, my apartment has been plagued by constant vibrations and loud mechanical noise, believed to be caused by equipment or fans in the unit below. The issue has affected every room — including the bedrooms — making it impossible to sleep or function normally. Despite repeatedly contacting management and even corporate, the response has been slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. Multiple staff ...
members witnessed and acknowledged the issue firsthand, yet no serious action has been taken. We were forced to move our bed from room to room and live in discomfort, with our health and peace of mind seriously impacted. Their so-called “inspection” used inaccurate mobile apps instead of professional tools, and when I provided my own readings (which showed levels well above acceptable limits), they still downplayed it. I’ve had to involve city inspectors, and may take legal action. If you value your sleep, sanity, and respectful management, look elsewhere. No one deserves to pay rent for this kind of suffering.
