Do not rent here

They will charge you to fix things that were broken when you moved in. Not transparent at all with their inspections and claims. Charged me $2k when I moved out because of carpet that was probably 20 years old when we moved in. I was there a year. Told me one room was bad when I moved out, then 2 weeks later told me the whole apartment needed to be redone after a “more thorough inspection.” Save your money.
