Quiet and Safe, not Fancy
August 10, 2015These apartments are in a nice part of town that is quiet, safe and very convenient to shopping. The complex is well kept but very plain. There is no pool or gym or playground. They do have a laundry facility in addition to the hookups in the apartments. I have found the people in the complex to be friendly and easy to live around. I haven't had any issues. The people in the rental office and maintenance are both ok. The few problems I've had were fixed promptly the first time. The ...apartments themselves are very old, even the remodeled ones are not what you would call nice. Amber Ridge is great!
August 6, 2015The community is very quiet and the people are quite friendly. The management is very personable and polite. They are professional and handle maintenance, accounts, and public relations extremely well. I've lived in dumps where management did not care about anything but the rent. That is not the case at Amber Ridge. The location is very good with shopping and restaurants within a short walk or drive, depending upon what you want/need. They may not have all of the so-called amenities that some ...may want, but if you want a quiet place to live, Amber Ridge is where it's at.
