Barking Dogs
December 28, 2024Dogs at this apartment community are constantly barking. But there is a particular white dog that is located at the first floor looking at the rotunda that barks without stop for long time. Neighbor doesn't seem to care. Who can sleep when he is awake. At random times for everything or everyone that walks in front of the balcony. What a nuanc.Property Manager Responded
