Such a Better Living Experience
November 9, 2020There have been plenty of challenges over the past two years as a resident at Ambrosio. However, I must say that the new Property Manager, Dina and her crew has made some major changes in the short period that they’ve been here and things seem to have gotten a whole lot better. Not What You Would Expect!!!
July 30, 2019This place has got to be one of the worst Apartment Complexes. They have went thru 4 managers and countless employees. Service is horrible, make a call to get things repaired and no one ever shows up, calls or resolves the situation. Parking is a mess, 80% of parking is for compact cars, cars always blocking from you getting back into your car as the space is so small. Grounds stink, no one picks up after their dogs, land mines everywhere. I recommend totally avoiding this place, for what you pay ...and what you get, not worth it. RIPOFF! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
July 28, 2018Avoid this place! It looks nice, but that's where nice ends. The staff is comedically incompetent and the simplest requests for service will be blown off repeatedly. The claim of luxury living is laughable. Security gates are broken for weeks at a time and community standards are not upheld. The pool is overrun by huge parties or closed due to negligence of the guests and non residents who use the place because there is no security. I have had an insect problem in my apartment for months and ...they can't get it handled. I'm too embarrassed to bring friends to my house because of the insect problems. I can't store food in my house unless it's refrigerated. All they care about here is getting new residents. If you live here already, they could care less about your needs.
