horrendous management
January 31, 2019where do I begin? id like to publicly say that MANAGER Flerida is the worst manager in tampa! after months of noise complaints about our upstairs neighbors screaming, fighting, cursing and banging(no joke, not normal everyday noise) through the night into the morning- and being threatened by the noisy neighbors ( who broke my gas cap), absolutely nothing was done to solve the issue. Adam on the other hand was fantastic, he always tried to solve any issues with poise. After over a year of living ...at the Jefferson noise issues were never handled, especially if it was during quiet hours... Although when we listened to music at a normal level in the middle of the day(4pm), Flerida had no problem coming to our apartment to tell us to be quiet. Ive lived all over the world and never dealt with a manger with such double standards! extremely disappointed with the Jefferson. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY CONSTANT ISSUES. AND WHEN YOU YOU MOVE OUT BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THEIR CHEAP ESTABLISHMENT- ie door frame that is not damaged, just had someone living in the apartment it was in-Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Over Priced
March 31, 2017When I first got to Tampa I was in need for an apartment to live in. I moved here because it looks nice on the outside and very friendly people that work in the office. Once I moved in I realized how bad it was, but I was stuck in a lease. I lived by the road and every time a semi truck drove by it felt like we were getting an earthquake. I am a very clean person and no matter what I did there were ants all over and big roaches throughout the building. Furthermore, the pool was supposed to ...be heated, but it was ice cold until deep in the summer. When my lease came up for renewal I had to sign another one while I was getting everything ready to move. My rent went up $300 after the first years. They charge $40 a month for a mandatory trash service that you have to use. Oh and don't leave your trash can out over night because they will charge you $25 fee for that. Overpriced and over-regulated
March 11, 2017They will fine you if your valet trash is touching the floor. They will tow your car if you're double parked in one of their tiny parking spaces or accidentally parked in one of the "reserved" spaces popping up randomly now and again. They charge $75 to replace your gate clicker, a clicker they probably pay no more than $15 for. If you call them to ask them to fix something they're fairly responsive but they won't do it if its "cosmetic." Worst part, most of these units, for the exception of the ...ones with southern exposures, get very little sunlight. It's perpetual dark in my one-bedroom even at high noon. Silverfish are another problem. If you have someone living above you with heavy feet, you're likely to hear them walking around. The laminate floors are not good at insulating sound. Overall, not worth the premium prices they charge. The management is friendly but clearly out to milk you for every penny they can.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 13, 2015We were looking for a brand new very nice apartment. We stumbled across this property at the tail end of our search. There is laminate flooring that looks like wood, granite countertops, and a HUGE bath tub. Rent is a little on the expensive side but well worth it.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015This is a very nice apartment complex with a close proximity of the Macdill Air Force Base. Along with the beautiful apartments there is a outdoor lounging area with a grill and fire pit, courtyard with a resort style pool, an indoor fitness center, and business center with a conference room. This place is very pet friendly and equipped with a dog park. It's a very peaceful place and wonderful for families with or without little kids.Review from Apartments.com
