Horrible Place
November 27, 2017Landlord is rude and unprofessional. Neglects to fix anything. Ex: sockets, broken blinds, plug outlets, lack of lightbulbs. parking will be an issue!! not a lot of spots Trash always over flows out the dumpsters and smells Will screw you out of your deposit! will take over $500 for carpet cleaning and for paint behind a toilet. Don't rent here you wont be happy I promise you.Review from Apartments.com

August 1, 2015It is just your average apartment. Newly renovated but you can tell most of it was cheaply put in. No A/C, pool, or gym. Very limited parking. Decent sized apartment though with upstairs and downstairs and is close to JBLM.Review from Apartments.com
