Worst place and service - I lived here for 2 years
July 11, 2021I lived here for 2 years. Service is always slow and no process at all. Customer care is zero. This is a very old apartment and you can see all the low-quality material used. It is close to the main road which leads to noise and air pollution and this cause asthma and other issues to me. I would have left this place last year but I had to stay here due to a pandemic. And they have charged so many things for replaced to cover all the advice or extract account they hold. You have to be very clear ...and careful with this management as you are dealing with a very unprofessional team. Never consider leasing this apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quality Complex
September 17, 2015If you are looking for an apartment that is conveniently located near the local beaches, close to a plethora of shopping malls, and an array of great restaurants this complex is for you. It is a little dated, but newly renovated apartments provide spacious interior. I would suggest you physically visit the complex first before signing a lease or making a deposit just to ensure you like the dynamic!Review from Apartments.com
Reliable service
July 21, 2015We lived here for over 2 years and had several appliances that needed to be replaced and they were very reliable in providing well working replacements. the maintenance staff is just terrific and the grounds are well kept. Great pet policy, older buildings but nicely remodeled
August 17, 2015I like that this place is super pet-friendly. The buildings are older but each apartment is very nicely remodeled with wood floors, smooth ceilings, recessed lighting, and stainless appliances. These nice interior features are reflected on the rent. The pool and fitness center are decent too - only wish it had a jacuzzi.Review from Apartments.com
