December 21, 2024After officially living here for 1 year I can say this is the best community for single parent families. The amenities and proximity to everything (freeways, grocery, coffee, food) makes this the perfect place for my child and I until our forever home. The office staff is great and so is the maintenance team. As a non-pet owner the urine around the community can be irritating since people don't clean up behind their pets but that's not any fault of Anara. All in all I highly recommend this ...community. (the biggest perks is having Starbucks downstairs and Ralphs across the drive way... A DREAM!)Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2024The units and facilities at this apartment building are great. The only inconvenience are the garages. They smell horrible most of the time and the gate on the ground level don't always work either.Property Manager Responded

October 21, 2024Overall it is a good place. I love the way they keep that package, but the signal on the ground floor is pretty bad, mostly 1 or sos, can’t even receive a message.Property Manager Responded

They were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. On move-in day, everything was well-organized. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described, with modern finishes and ample space. The community itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a variety of ...amenities that make living here a pleasure. The neighbors are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
