I've lived @ my home for about 3yrs , I love that it has a garage and a small backyard. My landlord is great and knock on wood hasn't raised my rent since I moved in because he is so happy that I keep things up, he had several evictions prior to me moving in. I'm a disabled cancer survivor with a very low monthly income and wish I had more coming in so I could get a couch & dining room table, but I try to remind myself that I'm blessed to be alive & have a roof over my head. I try to do all the ...

repairs in my place just because my landlord keeps the rent @ 1275.00 per month, my income is 1380.00 per mnth
