With my husband being in the military it's been nice to be close to both bases here in Pensacola. However, I feel like they are a little over-priced considering we don't have any upgrades. All around though they are clean, safe, and fairly spacious. We've enjoyed living here over all.

I moved to Pensacola October 2014 and found this apartment complex. incredibly close to work, great neighbors quiet community even with being next to a main street I don't even hear the traffic at night. Every apartment has their own balcony which is incredibly nice to sit on at night and watch the developing thunderstorms or even relax on a beautiful day. A short bike ride to a beach on the naval station and two state parks. I have not yet met a resident that was not nice and everyone you ...
pass by will at the very least wave and say hello. Just about everyone is friendly and the manager makes herself available. The maintenance staff are all very professional and work to quickly resolve any issue that may arise. This is a great starter apartment for those that are out on their own for the first time...in a really safe place.

I'm living by myself for the first time ever and I've never felt more safe! Great community, quiet neighbors and SUPER convenient to the NAS Pensacola base! The office staff is super easy to work with and the storage space in the apartments is incomparable! I love it here!!
