We had a coordination issue with the maintenance staff and the front office that took a month to resolve. I am updating my review, because once the front office staff actually took action it was resolved quickly. I’ll keep updating my review if the service continues to improve.

only major complaint was that in the first few months of moving in, we had a neighbor who would smoke right in front of our non-smoking apartment. I’m allergic to cigarettes to the point where they make me really sick. The staff addressed that issue after a few months and there hasn’t been an issue since.
Parking inside the complex is safe, however some cars outside the complex have had their windshields knocked in during our three years at this complex. So if you invite guests over please keep that in mind when directing them where to park. Luckily, that hasn’t happened to any of our friends. Those issues aside, it’s been a relatively pleasant stay at this apartment.
