Pricey but nice
August 9, 2015I've been at this complex now for a year and while it's not perfect, it's very good. My apartment is very spacious and the custodial staff is very responsive. Overlooking the pool has its drawbacks due to the noise in the summer, but overall it's nothing terrible. The front office staff is courteous. I'm not a fan of them not being open on Sundays, however, but the free curbside trash pickup twice a week is a nice trade-off. I think the biggest disappointment is the workout room. It's quite ...small and not very well stocked, but it is what it is. I do love the location of the complex and how close it is to pretty much anything i need, and they even have discounts for teachers which is a real bonus. As my title says it is pretty pricey but enjoyable and worth it if you can afford it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Community
July 20, 2015This community is good. They have a great pool and BBQ area. My kids love swimming in the pool! The staff are very helpful and friendly. They know me by name and are extremely friendly. The gym has newer, up to date equipment. The grounds stay pretty clean and the gates are almost always working. If they need repair, they're fixed fairly quickly.
