February 26, 2025Living here sucks. Don't expect to get any sleep because people will be blasting music till 4:30 in the morning on a Thursday, if you go to management to complain they won't do anything about it. Hallways are disgusting with stains all over the floors and walls. Expect the hallways to smell like trash because people don't know how to use a trash shoot they just throw it on the ground. Don't live here it's been a waste of money.Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2025If I had to give this place a zero star I would. Originally I thought this place would be a great place to live but I was wrong. This will not be the only review I will be posting on this apartments page, I could write an essay on it. But let’s start with the most recent occurrence. The past 5 days (since Tuesday) the other student residences have stayed out past midnight blasting their music, screaming, yelling, drinking, trying to jump off the balconies into the pool, leaving the community ...areas a DISGUSTING MESS, and the management has done nothing about it. We have called the noise complaint hotline many times this week and they do nothing about it. The front desk overnight people don’t do anything and don’t care. During the day people invite their friends who live on campus over and trash the place, and I can’t even go to the pool to enjoy myself because it’s packed fully. It’s very disrespectful that the owners don’t care how their residents are treated. The last management at least cared about their residents and the first time it happened they addressed it, this one doesn’t. I am paying overpriced to live in a dirty, unorganized, disrespectful and unprofessional apartment building. I wish I could get a refund because I have been contemplating moving out because of this week and it’s no way to live, especially having classes the next day and this happening during the week, not just the weekend. Also no one picks up after themselves, and i will be showing pictures of proof. Do not make your kids live here it’s not worth it. Reminder this is one occurrence but it happens all the time.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2024I have had way too many problems that needed maintenance. For the price I pay there shouldn’t have been this many issues. Broken washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, locks,and there were bugs when I moved in. The need for phones to get to my floor is ridiculous. College kids who go out late live here and if your phone dies then you can not get back in .Review from Apartments.com

September 21, 2024elevator often doesn’t work, pool is always dirty and management is very unfriendly. The floor and elevators are always dirty. The university is a 10-15 min walked and it’s advertised as a 7 min walk, There’s no shuttle!Review from Apartments.com
