Too expensive for a below average apartment

This apartment complex is way too expensive. They are now charging 25.00 for garbage pickup and you CANNOT opt out. The sad thing is that it is only sun thru Thursday and they use the same dumpster that the city uses. They are also not reliable. You also have to find your own rentals insurance. This place is NOT worth it. They nickel and dine you for everything. The people in the front office are NEVER there and when they are it only for a few hours. Go somewhere else this place is not ...

I use to stay at applecreek with some friends. My experience there was amazing!! I loved it it was family friendly. The pool and fitness room was the best! I'm sure the volleyball place was too but I didn't have a chance to go. It seemed really fun. I loved my stay there! it was peaceful and amazing. The best apartments in town in my opinion.
