Don't rent here!! It's super expensive for you pay for. The indoor and outdoor maintenance to the old 60's, 70's made apartments is truly horrible. They do the bare minimum and I've had flooding problems 5 times. 3 times were with sewage and they didn't move me out while the work was being done with strong dangerous chemicals. The manage is horrible and won't help out with any actual problems that exist. Her customer service is bad and needs business professionalism. People smoke in the ...

apartments and the walls are thin so you hear everything your neighbors do and say. The trash service is bad and doesn't take out the trash everyday. Save time and don't rent here. I just live here for now because it's cheaper than the rest of the places in Sarasota.

This are truly the worst apartments ever. The maintenance service is horrible. The laundry room is always dirty and the machines don’t even work properly, plus every month we have to deal with the apartment being flooded and everything from the apartments above is starts coming out of the toiled and the shower and by every I literally mean everything you can just imagine the worst and it’s absolutely disgusting. There has to be a better option than this apartments. Good we will be moving soon.
