We lived at Appleridge Apartments for 10 years and just recently moved since we bought a house. It was truly hard for us to leave since we were so comfortable here. I have to say these are the best apartments. They are super quiet and we would have never left if we didn't decide to buy. The property manager, Morgan is amazing! If your looking to rent, go check these apartments out, you won't regret it!

Apartment office is almost always CLOSED

New management team is now running this apartment complex. Apartment office is usually closed, even when it is operating hours. And They are not open on weekends. Parcels or packages are often delivered to apartment office which make residents with regular jobs(Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm) EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to retrieve packages.

I have lived here since I started working in Odessa after college. This complex is the best one I have ever lived in! The manager is awesome!! The customer service is exceptional! The apartments are well taken care. If I ever have a situation, the manager is always right there to take care of me. The complex is very quiet and enjoyable! :-)
